In addition to our bedrooms and conservatory dining room, we have a large comfortable guest lounge with superb views, ample seating, television, and a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings.

We also have a games room with a pool table, seating, board games, and use of a bar area. Whilst we are not licensed to sell alcohol at the Pines, we do provide glasses and refrigeration so guests can bring and enjoy their own drinks if they wish.

There is an additional fridge on the landing for guest use, with fresh milk provided daily.

The Pines has a garden and patio area available for guests to use with spectacular views and seating. In addition to a large private car park, we also have a lockable garage with storage space for bicycles and motorbikes.

We have also installed B4RN Gigabit full-fibre broadband and a BT Premium mesh, which provides super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the whole of the guest house, which is free for all guests to use.
